20-21 Returning Student Registration

In order to secure your placement for the 2020-2021 school year, we need a legal parent/guardian to complete the following registration steps by Friday, July 24th.


  1. Login to your ParentVue account and verify that all information is correct and up to date- especially home address, phone numbers, and email addresses.

    1. If anything needs to be corrected, send an email with the subject “Student Update” and the corrected information to linda.lanning@guhsdaz.org

    2. If you cannot log into your ParentVue account, please email monica.bustamante@guhsdaz.org and be sure to include your name, your student's name and the student's date of birth. She will send you a profile sheet to verify and we will work with you once school starts on your ParentVue account.  You may also call the school at 623-435-7300.

  2. Go to https://bit.ly/OlaHealthInfo and complete the online Health form.

  3. Go to https://bit.ly/OlaRegistrationInfo and complete the online Contracts.

  4. Have your student go to https://bit.ly/OlaCounseling and complete the online questions for the counselor.

  5. Submit an updated proof of residency (Arizona requires proof of residency every school year).  Acceptable proof of residency includes Gas, Water or Electric bill dated within 30 days or a copy of a current lease.  Cell phone/cable bills are not accepted.  Please be sure to include your student’s name on the document itself (preferred) or include in the body of the fax/letter.  Options for submission include:

    1. Faxing it to 623-435-7301

    2. Emailing a copy to monica.bustamante@guhsdaz.org.

    3. If absolutely necessary, you may mail or drop off a copy to GUHSD Online Learning Academy, Attn: Registration, 4530 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302 


*** Please note in order to begin school on August 10, all online forms and proof of residency must be received by 3 PM on Friday, July 24th. *** 


Once registration is completed, you will be emailed information regarding Chromebook Check-out.


If your plans have changed and your student won’t be returning, please officially withdraw by emailing linda.lanning@guhsdaz.org. Be sure to include student name, student date of birth, and school your student will be attending.  You will also need to include a photo id.

As a reminder, Glendale Union Online students already work full-time from home.  GUHSD Online Learning Academy students will return to the classroom following the GUHSD approved Reopening Plan (https://www.guhsdaz.org/news/what_s_new/c_o_v_i_d-19_information) and we will keep you posted as more information becomes available.  If you would like your student to switch from one program to another, please email linda.lanning@guhsdaz.org with subject “Program Change” and include your student’s name and the program you wish your child to switch to.  You may change your student’s enrollment at a later date as we know that the current situation is fluid and we want to best support your student and your family.
