Online Registration is OPEN. 


ITEMS NEEDED FOR ENROLLMENT
(and variance consideration)

  1. One Form of Proof of Residence – Utility bill and/or lease agreement.
  2. Proof of Age – Accepted items: Birth Certificate, Passport, I-94, Permanent Res. Card or other reliable proof of age.
  3. Immunization Records – Documentation from a doctor or valid previous school records.
  4. Custody Papers – (If parents are separated, divorced, or the student lives with someone other than parent/guardian)
  5. Previous School Records – (Such records should be provided in order to properly place a new student in courses and services): Withdrawal Form - Transcripts - Attendance - Discipline - State Testing Scores - Certificate of Promotion (freshman only).

Immigrant and refugee students residing in the district through age 21 are generally eligible to enroll in the district, regardless of English-language proficiency or immigration status. For assistance and any questions, please contact the district at guhsd_student_registration@guhsdaz.org.

Visit the registration portal to begin enrollment. A staff member will be in touch after completion of the online registration with additional information. This process will need to be completed even if you attended school with us last year.
